Cash payments are not possible at the hotel.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out until 12 pm on the day of departure. Should you arrive earlier or depart later, please feel free to contact us.
There is no reception, so check-in is only possible online. This is also necessary so that you receive your room key. You will receive further information shortly before your arrival by e-mail or here.
Our AMANO HOME houses have no breakfast buffet, restaurants or bars. However, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is surrounded by restaurants in a downtown location.
The AMANO HOME Berlin has an underground parking garage with 7 parking spaces. The cost is €20.00 per 24 hours. Advance reservation is required. Please get in touch with us for this at homeberlin@amanogroup.com.
You can reach the underground garage via the entrance in the street "Alte Schönhauser Straße". The height of the garage door is 1.90 m.
Yes, all areas are accessible at ground level or by elevator. A total of two wheelchair-friendly rooms and one fully accessible room are available. Please contact reservations@amanogroup.com or +49 30 34 74 72 300 to book these rooms.
Yes, we are looking forward to your four-legged friend! We charge €10.00 per dog daily, regardless of the dog's size.
