Is there internet access in the hotels and conference centres?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all hotels, restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
Is it possible to cater for food intolerances?
We are happy to cater for intolerances and special requests. Please feel free to contact us!
Are there parking facilities at the hotels and event venues?
The availability of underground garages depends on the location. You will find detailed information on parking facilities on the hotel pages.
How are the conference rooms equipped?
All our meeting rooms are equipped with BOSE sound system, beamer and screens.
Is there a separate break room for conference guests in the conference rooms?
All hotels have an event foyer and a restaurant where lunch is served.
Are the conference rooms accessible?
All rooms can be reached by lift or are at ground level on the ground floor.
With the exception of the Private Dining Room in the Grand Central Conference, which can only be reached via steps.
Is it possible to book hotel rooms for a conference or event?

What are the cancellation conditions for my event?
